Posting edit request

Hi, Couple of polite request................ Could you put the name of your club in the subject line of your post ? I would hate to have somebody, carelessly skimming the forum, erroneously think that date was an OMR event. Additionally please identify yourself with a real name instead of just a han...

Congrats to the many OMR members who worked so hard to make this happen. And special thanks to Jim R and Matt L for their leadership. Although I was unable to attend I have already received several complimentary messages from outside OMR. This last weekend reflects very well on everyone in Ozark Mou...

This is the last regional event where SCCA members can get away without pre-registering and still pay $20. Beginning in August, it will be $25 for walk-up SCCA entrants, and $20 for pre-registered. Does this also mean $35 for non-SCCA Pre Regs and $40 for non-SCCA walk-ups? Eddie, You have it right...

Robert, Sorry I am not familiar enough with the rules to answer your question, but I am sure someone will reply. For anyone interested, the entire SOLO rule set is available to anyone, member or not at scca.com The following link should get you there....... http://scca.com/contentpage.aspx?content=6...

Mark,

Jim Rowland designed today's course and he will be designing the divisional course. So in addition to having an incredible run today (wow!) your wish will come true !

These are great events and Hallet a neat track. COMA a good organization. However it is not an SCCA event or sanction and there is a difference. SCCA has something similar/identicle in the form of High Speed Touring events. These are done at Heartland Park in Topeka....Gateway in St. Louis has a gre...

I had the same concern, but..........it's worked lot's of times before on Easter, and........we had as many or more pre-registered as for any other event. For these reasons I have to assume it was the rain.

Apologies to anyone who showed up today for our cancelled event. While we do run rain or shine, there are a minimum number of people required to hold an event. This has nothing to do with cost. Rather there are a certain number of required corner stations that have to be manned with 2 people each, a...

Oh, and plan on having your drivers liscense and membership card out and ready when you register. We were recently called for not being as diligent as we should have been on this. It is a requirement for our insurance and sanction.

Yes, it's a go. We don't have to have 25 pre-registered to go forward. Typically we have about twice as many entrants total as we have pre-registered. Tomorrow should be a fun, well attended SOLO. I am not aware that OMR has ever had to cancel an event due to lack of participation. The $5 discount t...

These things are popular IT road racing cars. Rotary engines are cheap, durable, and reliable, although they are awful to listen to. IT cars are the least modified, and generally most economical, production based racing cars within SCCA. Somebody with road racing aspirations might want to consider y...

Did you know Crowder College has a...............

I recently learned that the Crowder Truck driving School has a Teen Car Control and Defensive Driving school in addition to the truck driver training. It's a half to one day program for young drivers funded in part by a state grant. Available to anyone, but free for drivers in a certain age group (g...

Course was the work of Jim Rowland and I agree first rate. While a lot of people helped with the event, Matt Gilson, Matt Longpine, and Jim Rowland, not only were the last to leave Crowder Sunday, but were there getting things in order the Saturday afternoon and evening before. as well. Curtis Wood ...
