Any interest in a autocross committee meeting this Saturday

Since we didn't get together before the banquet, if there is enough interest maybe we could have an Autocross Committee meeting this weekend. It could be at 6PM in the back room of Qdoba 4127 S Kansas Expy Springfield, MO. This is basically a continuation of the post that JimR started http://www.omr...

Jim I hope everything is well with you and your neighbors down there, and you can all find a warm place to stay. I can give a little insight from things I learned, personally and from friends, during our storm in '07 and feel free to share them with others. Generators are very hard to find when this...

It is in Neosho, South of Joplin on 71. I am sure magilson will probably get instructions and a map up on the website soon though, but until then: http://maps.live.com/#JnJ0cD1wb3MucTYxYmNrNzZzM3pjX1NwcmluZ2ZpZWxkJTJjK01PX19fZV8lN2Vwb3MucTQxZzZuNzQzMm5zX25lYXIrTGFjbGVkZStBdmUlMmMrTmVvc2hvJTJjK01pc3N...

I will be available on Jan 31, and to make it clear we are requesting volunteers to be a part of the Solo2 Committee. Due to various reasons, not everyone from last year's committee will be able to participate at the same level this year. We're a group of regulars who are able to help out beyond our...

no XPs in the OMR that i Have ever seen... SM2 should be fine I don't know if everyone else would agree with that, reference this thread from earlier this year http://www.omrscca.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=774 . It seems like a precedent was kind of set. I am assuming that you have already been look...

10-12-08 event (Lost and Found Chair)

I found a chair that someone left in the grass by the stadium. If it is yours let me know via a PM. I had a great time at the event today, Chuck and Don, I think you guys did a great job laying out the course today. It was very challenging for me, it took until my 6th run to even get a clue of how t...

I sent a PM to preregister (hope he got it, it gave me an error message) and I plan on being there @ 7 am to help set up. I can do trailer or waiver station, depending on what everyone else is doing.

As Jim said help in the trailer would be much appreciated. While having experience would be great that fact remains that none of us know what we are doing the first time we tackle something new, and I will do my best to train a willing volunteer. While nobody is perfect, attention to detail is a nec...

If you removed your rear seat it looks like you would be in SM. To find the rules you can go to www.scca.com, under the SOLO tab they have a Solo Cars and Rules link on the left side of the page. You can find the 2008 SCCA National Solo Rules.pdf for download on this page as well as other useful doc...

I was just referencing the fact it was a 2 seat sports car in a class for 4 seat cars only. I should have mentioned that in the last post, mainly because I had forgotten this when I had initially looked at the results  2008 rule book page 167 (page 183 in .pdf file).

Matt, the Porsche Boxster in STX and STXL is also in the wrong class. Last time it was in AS maybe Curtis or Shelby could chime in if it has been modified or if it is still in AS.

Matt, the Father/Son pair driving the Tempo I believe was HS, instead of STU. Thanks so much on getting the results up so quickly, even though they all were hand entered. I know that I appreciate all of the work you put into this and am sure that many others do also. Jim, great course I really enjoy...

I like the car and am looking forward to seeing you come back so I can get a closer look at it (work assignments didn't allow that this time). I was wondering what happened to the car on the last run? I saw it parked up the hill later so I assume you got it running.
