towing the trailer out to the lot is very important as I will be out of town, I'll be coming back early to chair the event if no one else wants to.

Poll says the date will NOT be changed. Sorry to those who this conflicts with plans :( I'll make sure next year we stay away from any family orientated dates and major holidays for sure. No more dart board schedules! On a side note we need about 2 more spare solo safety stewards in our region!!!
