found this old springfield news-leader clipping of yours truly autox-ing a 66 sptifire, circa 1981-2?

this on a tiny parking lot at holland and grand, what was then edge of SMSU campus. lot possibly 100x100? jeff or forrest might know.

or at least a fuzzy rendition of my head and shoulders. bell helmet, naturally.

e-stock then, would be about m- or n-stock today. note swing axles jacking up. tube-type tires from a buddy's family tire shop, $25 the set of four.

good old days

So what is that....maybe 20 degrees of positive camber? It must have been a handful to drive.

Because you are the current SUOTY winner. I suspect someone just documented your wheel in the process of falling off. :?
