I bought some JDM Honda emblems on E-bay from this reletavely new seller from Ontario, Canada. BIN price was $9.99, but after I commited to buy, the price inflated to $12.00, so I typed in a $9.99 shipping price to offset the inflation. He refused to send the emblems. Now he is no longer a registered user. I filed a dispute with E-bay, and Paypal. I have been hasseling him relentlessly, and finally am getting some result. I just got a message from him on the 23rd saying he shipped them, and it would take 7-14 days to recieve, but he didn't say when he shipped them. So I told him i would give it till the 5th of March.

THis is the first time I have ever had an issue with E-bay.

Has anyone ever experience this type of issue before?

Ive bought and sold items on ebay with no issues. Sounds like bad luck but it's not been my impression of the norm.
