Awesome fun. Amazing what a dedicated group of people can accomplish. We can pack a lot of entertainment into Midway Speedway, and the wireless timing equipment gives us so much flexibility.

The new (used) rally suspension on the Sentra makes the car quite capable, and gives it the ride height to clear nine of out of ten any split logs you throw at it. The next upgrade will be the nut holding the wheel.

NP folks. We were would glad to help. 40 runs definitely clean the cobwebs out of Pepe'. hehehe. When I walked out of the house this morning I thought I saw him smiling.

Jim, we weren't going to mention the alternate course.

I did dropped the ball when it came to advertising the event on the Circle Track forums - http://www.inthepits.com/ . I will try to be more attentive in the future. Maybe we can get the car count for the next RallyX.

Hope to see y'all at PCP.

I was snapping a few photos with my phone and took a couple of videos as well. We had such a blast, and I can't believe you guys don't have more takers with that dirt track. I've always wanted to hoon it up on an oval.

Thanks for the uploads. 8)

We've been having RallyCrosses all over the region since August 2010, and every single one of them has been super fun. Maybe now more people will start thinking about a beater or a set snow or rally tires for their daily sedan. A few of us now have dedicated RallyX cars.

I'm happy to report the neon appears to be cured, looks like bad crank position sensor and/or oil infecting wiring connectors for same. Replaced and cleaned, respectively.

So...Scott and Jeannie have a ride all season, and Ed whenever he wants to grant Pepe a vacation. Assuming I can keep the neon in this favored condition.
