I didn't do all the math, but a quick look makes me think that only Mark F can beat Bud for autocrosser of the year! Opie and I may play spoiler, but Bud knocked us out of "the chase" yesterday.

Like I said, I didn't do the math, but my perception is that Mark has to finish 1st two more times or might be able to do it with a 1st and 2nd at the next two events if he gets me or opie between them a time or two. He also has to finish ahead of Bud both events.

Bud, PAX out 1st again and it's all you.

Opie and I are virtually tied for 3rd behind those two nuts... We might be able to take out Mark... Justin is within striking distance of me and opie, but I think Mark is out of reach for him...

I love this time of year!

I'll be quite honest with you - I never even think about the season-points outside of my class. And, since Bud is in my class, I never bother thinking about that, either....

It's just for shiggles. There's no Championship on the line here. This is a "building year". Normally I'd be in F-Stock.

With Mark's recent PAX result... this is getting good. I bet mark brings his A game to last event. not offical, but I think if Mark can pax out 1st, "autocrosser of the year is his! Anything less and it's Bud's... All this based on my shady math and memory of points systems.

hmmm... There's a couple drivers that could play spoiler too. Weather could be a spoiler? Although most of our top pax'ers would all be hurt by rain/cold. That solf mustang may be the lesser of evils if no FWD shows up to claim top spot.

Think either one of those wingnuts will "sticker up" for this last event?

I may make the last event. If so, I'll do my best to mess things up on (still) last year's tires.

Won't have time to install my freshly cloned rulebook backdate M29 trans though. Look for that next year.
