Corey and the entire OMR crew did a great job with the course, even if that first turn was a little confusing.

Well, (cough, cough) ahem....uh, I wish to, uh, issue an apology to those 1st heat corner workers who had to run for their lives when a wayward Lotus, inexpertly driven by yours truly, came sliding sideways toward them. Yeah, as it turns out, a mid-engined, short, and lightweight two-seater doesn't handle anything like a big, honking, 3600 lb. pony car. Well, they both have a steering wheel and a gearshift lever, but when you lift and you expect the front to just tuck a little and then stabilize, you get surprised at what happens.

There are no words to describe the experience of looking out the passenger side window, which has become the direction of travel, and seeing people scatter.

I'm surprised those corner workers didn't pick that car up and put it back on course.

What app are you using? I love that you can see course, speed, and Gs. I've been meaning to try out a cheap phone app.

It's an app called TrackAddict for IPhone. I think it was like $6 for it. It also can keep track of RPM, pedal inputs, actual speed, etc. if you get an OBDII reader. I don't have that yet so what you see is just from the phone itself. I've been really happy with it so far.
