LATEST INFO - "Traveling Tombstone" event

Post by Ted Wells » Wed Oct 24, 2007 9:38 pm

Here's a "heads up"......OMR's annual fall rally and bonfire party very likely will be scheduled for SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd. That's the best available info as of late evening, Wednesday, Oct. 24th.

I am not organizing either event, but that is the info I have received.

Furthermore, I understand that OMR members will be notified of pertinent details via postcards next week.

Thanks alot for making me look like an ass.

I was asked to advertise this event and I did so on 6 forums across 3 states and now you are changing things 3 days before the event. WTFG!!!!

I will be returning the tombstone to either my navigator or to Jonathan.

I will not be attending the rally.

So Long.

Phew, I'm confused.

The autocross was moved to the next day rather late in the game to make way for the rally, only to move the rally to the next weekend?

Sunday autocrosses have better attendance, anyway, but no one attends any events when they don't know when to go!

Wow.... I wont be attending this now due to the change. More than frustrated with OMR these days, some people have schedules, 3 days notice?

I was going to make the extra 1.5 hour drive from columbia to attend next season's SCCA events; this was no doubt in my mind this past summer. due to the past few months... meh, ill try STL.

I just don't know what to say..... I wish I would have stayed more in-tune to what is really going on..... :? :?

I am certainly disappointed, none the less! :( :(
