One thing I was wondering if anyone had the answer to, is how often does the Minor Waiver form have to be filled out (once an event or once a season), and if it is once a season the Waiver Station folks would need a list of minors that were on file.
Minor wavers are pretty simple yet touchy.

they *must* be signed in front of you.
any wavers brought up to you pre-signed are not valid with the exception of if they are notarized!

minor wavers are for 1 weekend only if 1 parent or guardian has signed it,
if 2 parents or guardians have signed it its valid for 1 year.
they *must* present a copy of the document each time they come.
a copy is kept in the trailer, they keep a copy.

keypoints.
2 parents = 1 year
1 parent = 1 event
*must be signed in front of you*
the event chair or chief of wavers must sign it as well to make it all good and official.

Jonathan, on the minor waivers, I understand your points about the 1 parent and 2 parent rule. However, am I correct to assume that a parent or guardian has to be on site to monitor the minor?

Yes, no matter the situation a minor must be accompanied by 1 parent or legal guardian.

edit: and thats accompanied during the entire day. *not* dropped off and left for the club to baby sit (no offense intended to you 12 - 17 year old kids)

I need a member number to submit the sanction request for the April even. I would like to submit it by Friday.

This would be for the event chair.
