The St Louis Divisional will be held on Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend at Gateway International Raceway. Registration and tech will be on the drag strip pit and parking lot. Join us for pizza, cookies, soft drinks and beer. Cars, trailers etc may be left on the lot Saturday night. There is no drag racing for a change. There is also a PDX on the roval all day Saturday. Come early and try it out, or work a corner. After we finish on Sunday, BBQ will be served in the track media center inside the oval.

Okay, signed up.

I will be helping Bobby warm the tires on Mister 2 again in ES.
I want to encourage more locals to go beyond our OMR regional events to the divisional level. I know some people here who could even be competitive, but I never see at divisional- or National-level events. You don't even have to be "fast" to have fun at these.
Since St. Louis lies on the Memorial Day weekend, it's going to be a Sunday-Monday event. If you work Saturdays - a day we struggle to get car counts - you won't have to stay home this time. If you're strapped, I suggest using Priceline for the hotel and Gasbuddy for filling up. The official event hotel is usually very convenient to the site, but you might Priceline a better deal a few miles away.

The MiDiv series also has a street tire index class for people running street tires in classes that allow race tires. There's not much excuse to miss this one! I hope we're well represented up there.

I haven't yet registered, but am planning to attend. I might be the only DS! My in-laws live in St. Louis, so this will be a cheap weekend.
