You guys can expect a few NEOkla regulars to show up for this event.
I've registered, and plan to be there.
Bobby, Jim, I went thru the SSS seminar at KC last weekend. If either of you are acting as SSS for this event, would you mind having a trainee tag along?
I'm guessing you 2 will both be in Tulsa the following weekend.

I don't know what the turnout will be like. 22 are pre-registered as of this morning, but it might be 80 people. No telling!

If we aren't lean on workers, pairing you with a SSS and getting a signature shouldn't be a problem. I think Bud and Bobby will be around, and Donna Hill (now SSS instructor) mentioned she may be there.

I'm going to be in Tulsa the following weekend. Both days, barring outside evils.

Korry, you really ought to get those headlights fixed so they don't burn so hot.

I'm preregistered and ready to go.
Can we sign up for work assignments now?
I'll volunteer to be SSS or Tech. Please let me know.

We'll have a bunch of SSS's for this event. A nice change! I think Bud Weeks and Forrest Tindall were already going to take care of it. And we have quite a few trainee's that will be able to get started, too. If you would be willing to be Tech, that would be great. We'll just need you on site by 8:00AM to start! Thanks!

How many will you / we need for Tech? I was planning on being there early to help out since I'm only an hour away.

I could just as easily turn that early arrival into a work assignment and help Mark.

Two for tech will speed things up. But we'll need help with any number of things that take place before the events. Setting up lights, setting up the PA, registration, waivers, chalking the cones, chalking the course, etc.

Any early help will not be turned down!

I'll be there early to help set up and then at 8:00, I'll do Tech with Mark. How's that?

What time is the trailer getting there? I was planning to be there by 7:00 am.
