I know who the OMR ''stig'' is now. Some say he loves a twin-cam motor, all I know is his name "LONGPINE"SilverYota wrote:Some say he never wears a striped shirt and he definitely wasn't here earlier today.mulkio wrote:Rumor has it he once sold electrical parts and does not drive approve of AWD.

Thanks to OMR for a great event. The STL contingent had a fun time even if Kyle's Shelby did break on the last turn of his last run.
The Whitworths and I stuck with the Langleys until Chris Hammond arrived from STL about 5 PM with his truck and trailer. We dropped the Shelby off at its second home (Sinclair Ford) at 11 PM.

Great event everyone, you guys did an awesome job! I wish I could say the same for myself but meh, I had fun. I'm so used to driving for 2 hours pre-daylight to get to an event, I wasn't sure what to do with myself after a 5 minute ride to the site and the car already sitting there with the wheels on and everything unloaded.
Some of the cars there were pretty amazing and had me thinking about browsing craigslist and ebay for a gem. Also getting to talk to a few of the OMR locals outside of the event was very nice. Even though we are all car nuts, sometimes not talking about cars or autocross is a welcome change.
See you all next time!

Unlike Shawn, I drove 4½ hours to get to your event (then again, two weeks ago *I* drove 5 minutes to get to the Divisionsl ). What I wanted to say ... It was definitely worth the drive. You guys in OMR rock. You put on a really good event and I hope you'll do it again next year. That Crowder site is really nice.

Unofficially speaking for the Kansas City gang, we LOVED it. Except for releasing heats 2 and 3, it was PERFECT. The courses were great, the coordination was beyond great, and it was ALL good. You can expect ALL of us next year.
BTW, when will the results be posted, and where?

I stopped by after work on Saturday, to see a few of the last runs. I was impressed with how smooth the autocross was going. We all need to give a big pat on the back to the people that worked so hard and long on this event. Also need a thank them for getting, this lot to race on. This to me has been a good year for OMR
