79 Triumph Spitfire class

Post by Thorox » Tue Aug 26, 2014 5:32 pm

I think I have my uncle's "new" car narrowed down to FSP or GP.

1979 Spitfire. 1500 original engine. Weber DGV carb. Headers.

Interior was shot, so its been gutted. 4 point roll bar installed.
Fuel Cell, bulkhead, non-factory mount seats racing seats installed. 5 point harnesses installed.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

the removal of interior voids it from FSP. (or atleast it used to.) sorry.
GP should be fun or if it is very fast go in pursuit of the Cobra in XP.

Xp is two to two wins. Mazda and cobra seem to be pretty much tied! Justin stops sleeping in, and it will be a three way with him, warren and Lester. Lester has been running our DP car in xp in which is is also legal although underpowered. But at this point, Lester and warren are battling it out.
