i definately need to invest in one for next year and i just had a couple of ?s

does it matter if the helmet has a face shield as long as it meets the safety rating? i remember some talk about this, just not the conclusion and it didnt clarify on the home page. thanx.
local deals or someone got a used brain bucket FS? it would need to be a big one. for my head, not my brain.

I bought one in spring just before the season started. They were running a clearance sale on helmets. I think I remember paying $45 dollars.
