FS: 1978 280Z parts car [No title]

Post by FlatBlack » Tue Sep 07, 2010 10:34 am

I got a parts car with the new 78 I just picked up.

It was a guy's daily driver until about 3 years ago when my friend picked it up.

I don't know much about this car. I was told it would get hot occasionally. It's got rust, but is salvageable. The frame rails look straight but the passenger side floorboard has holes. No pictures of that right now. The Battery tray has a hole underneath the battery mount. The front left headlight bucket has a dent in it. I'm pretty sure the hatch spare tire well has rust holes as well.

It has a 5 Speed transmission, 280ZX 6 Spoke wheels [will need tires, I can provide roller wheels though], and a 78 L28. Radiator still has a shroud and the fan looks good. The fenders have a touch of surface rust on top but they are solid, one of the hood vents is broken.

All the glass is still there.

I don't want to part this out or ship anything, so you'll be responsible for coming to get it.

I can get more pictures if you are interested, these are all I have ATM

$600 firm. It has plenty of parts on it, I would rather keep those parts than sell it for less.

here are the only pictures I have right now, it's the silver S30:

And I wondered where all those old Nissans went - Matt's had 'em all along!

Haha not quite...

Flat Black is in the back of that picture, I am using the Black car as a donor shell [It's perfectly fine running/driving car that I'm about to tear up  ].

I have no use for 3 Z cars, as I'll already have a ton of spares from the Black car.

Tell me again exactly why it is you're scrapping a perfectly-fine-running flat-black Z?
