Ozark Mountain Region SCCA

Selling one pair of used autocross-compound Hoosier A6 in 225/45ZR15. Purchased in 2009 and used maybe three or four regional events on asphalt. Went a different direction with car prep and dismounted them.

Tire Rack wants $242 each new. Thinking $100 cash for the pair.

Hoosiers "tread" is pretty short-lived, basically painted on for DOT certification.

$40/tire for a half-worn $240/tire race meat seems like a deal to me, but it won't hurt my feeling to hold onto them.

Sorry for the partial threadjack here - but I also have a set of (4) 295/18 A6 Hoosiers, probably 40% of them left, would let go cheap.

Like Jim, I too changed-up what I originally intended to do, and they are languishing, need to be used-up by someone.

(I'll even throw in the last of the tire-treatment I have - probably enough for one coat on all 4, I'll even paint it on them if you don't want to yourself!)

Yeah, and I'm near Jim and will be at the AutoX at Crowder.

The tires only have 4 events on them, and $80 is cheap. You're not going to find a much better deal around :shrugs:
