1992 SE-R F/S - $900

The time has come for me to let my car go. I bought a motorcycle almost 2 years ago, and haven't really gone back to driving the car. It has been sitting in my garage for the past year. so it has been mostly out of the elements. (I say mostly because the roof in the garage decided to develope a few leaks.) So I just need to get it out of my garage, and into the hands of someone that wants/needs an SE-R. This used to be my DD/Auto-x vehicle.

I did do some modifications to it, and most of them are still there. Here is what I can remember I have on the car (I will try to check again when I get home tonight):

Tsuru front end conversion
Modine radiator
Place Racing CAI (currently do not have the lower section installed, but the hole is there for it)
SSAC header
Slotted front rotors
Metal Master front pads (probably need new ones)
Whiteline 4 point brace
Crappy Ebay Front strut brace
Aftermarket steering wheel
Short throw shifter with 16oz shift knob
Custom 2.5" side exit exhaust (no cat, and it is loud.)

Now for the bad:
No Windshield washer reservoir
No Trunk lock (just the key part, it still latches)
No Radio
No Antenna (removed the stock antenna and cable. Was going to install a roof mount system, which comes with the car)

What it does have:
A/C still works good (still the R12 in the system)
Heat works awesome
Good Tranny - NO 5th gear pop-out

What it needs:
A tune up (it has been sitting for a year...)
New plug wires (the ones on it are probably still good, but I like to chage them every so often)
New tires (current tires will not pass inspection)
Battery (the one currently in the car is dead)
Ground strap from the thermostat to the body (used to have the 5 piece grounding system, but pulled it and put it on my wife's SE-L)
Catalytic converter (?) (probably depends on who you know...)
Clutch cable (the one on there is pretty stretched)

The car will also come with the following:
A full set of spare stock SE-R rims
Spare hood
Spare front fenders
Spare trunk lid
Spare rear quarter glass (both sides)
And a bunch of other misc spare parts I can't think of right now.

With all that being said, the car does have a couple of rust spots in the typical places - rear wheel wells, and that spot right below and behind the passenger door.

I will try to get some pictures up in the next little bit.

As for the price... I know with everything on it, I could easily part it out and scrap the rest for about 1300 or so.

So my price will be 1300 OBO. Price is negotiable, so don't hesitate to send an offer. I am located in Springfield, MO. The car will probably have to be towed, as it does not have current tags.

As for the mileage... I think it's around 200k+ I don't remember at this time. I will look. I doubt the engine has that many miles on it though.

Looks like CraigB will not be able to buy this. Depending on a couple of things this weekend, I might need to have this car gone by next week. I will update further on this. If I do need it gone, expect a price drop.

Ok... just a little update. The car I wanted to get did not happen. Which makes me sad.

However... The SE-R is still for sale. I have to move about 17 squares of shingles that are blocking the way out of the garage it is in, but... If someone wants to come get the car as it sits, with all the spares, on the afternoon of the 21st, I will drop the price to $900.

That is mostly so I have enough time to move the shingles out of the way, without killing myself.
