New Car

Post by fordfocusguy » Fri Dec 04, 2009 9:07 pm

Hey guys, my girlfriend (you may have met her, she was the one driving the Focus that didn't try to flip it) is in need of a car. She had an escort, and then one fateful day a couple weeks ago it met a fast moving f350. Crew Cab. Dually. Long Bed. Needless to say the Escort is no more. Now we are in need of a decent cheap car for her to drive. (She likes mine very much, but I am getting very cold driving around on a motorcycle.) Anyone know of anything? Preferably a Ford, but as of right now not too picky. We are looking for something around 1500 or less.

Hey FFG,

There is a guy over here (Kansas) that has several Escorts for sale. His number is 620-764-1360. He has them priced at around $2700, but if you tell him all you have is $1500 you might make a deal. After all, no one is selling many cars this time of year. He lives near Crestline, KS, which is sort of between Pittsburg and Joplin.

Ha, noticed the same one.

3/4-ton, 4L80E, good tires, lots of space to store cargo and free candy.
