Looking for items for the divisional

Post by JimR » Tue Jun 23, 2009 11:43 am

Everyone,

Our divisional autocross weekend on July 10-12 is likely going to be a hot one, and I'm looking for the following types of things if you can lend them:

- Igloo/contractor coolers and good-sized ice chests
- Plastic/card tables
- EZ-up tents, plus rope or tie-downs to keep them from blowing around.
- Folding chairs

Our Crowder site is fairly spread out, and we're going to position some water stations all around the site so that anyone with a long walk can rest in the shade and stay hydrated near their paddock spot.

If you can bring some of these to Neosho on Friday afternoon/evening, July 10, please let us know!

I've got one EZ-Up. Yours to use. I may be able to borrow one or two others - lemme ask the guy before I commit on more than mine.

Great. I'm bringing my EZ-up, as well.

I asked my friend - he's willing to loan us two more - so that's three (3) total from me. We'll have to set 'em up and take 'em down each nite 'cuz I don't want to risk Matt's shelters being stolen - but that's not a problem.
