Autocross Trophies for the various events during the season, which have not previously been distributed or picked up, will be given out at the banquet.  If the person is not in attendance the awards will be mailed.

Gather season videos for the projector, send to Sam Henry

Solo II Rookie of the year award criteria
- Set up for 2009 season
- Determine during meeting in Jan/Feb 2009

2009 Autocross season was discussed:
 - New lot to be announced at the banquette
 - 8 event season
-	3 events at new location, 5 at Duck’s
-	possibly 6 point events, 2 “special” events
-	Discussed putting on a mid-season divisional
-	Look into timing equipment systems
-	Look into replacement laptop
-	March 22, 2009 is the first event with location TBA
-	April ?, 2009 event at Duck’s with guest Acura Legend Club
