Treasurers Report: balance $X.XX after banquet.
     Motion by Jeff Moore to approve, second by Matt Gilson.
     Motion passed.
 
Autocross report: laptop has been purchased for $X.
 
Discussion of the adequacy of autocross timing equipment.
     Cables OK?
     Display board, can one be rented?
     Borrow from another region or purchase new.
     Action: Matt Gilson will research with JA Circuits and check on display board.
 
Discussion of how to get trophy cones to '08 competitors.
    Motion by Matt Gilson to give out '08 trophies during March '09 event, second by Curtis Wood.
    Motion passed.
 
Discussion about having all competitors fill out entry card even if they do not want to have temp. membership.
     Action: Matt Gilson will check on cost of temp. membership for '09.
 
Discussion of Supplemental Regulations for '09.
     Will be sent to BOD members by e-mail, to be voted on next BOD meeting.
 
Discussion of possible Rookie of the Year award, definition of rookie.
 
Discussion of door prizes at Midiv Convention in KC.
     Motion by Sam Henry to give two free OMR entries at convention as door prizes, for any club event except divisional, second by Jeff Moore.
     Motion passed.
 
Discussion of attendance to Midiv Convention.
     Curtis Woods plans to go to executive meeting.
     Jim Rowland and Matt Gilson plan to go on Saturday.
     Vickie Jarecki plans to go.
     OMR has covered registration fee in past.
     Motion by Jeff Moore for OMR to cover up to $X per diem (including reg. fee) for BOD members and Vickie to attend, second by Sam Henry.
     Motion passed.
 
Discussion of autocross trophies.
     Motion by Matt Gilson for Matt Longpine to become trophy chairman, second by Jeff Moore.
     Motion passed.
     Budget for trophies to be discussed in at March meeting.
 
Discussion of adding Matt Longpine to BOD e-mail list.
     Motion by Curtis Wood to add Matt's name, seconded by Sam Henry.
     Motion passed.
 
Discussion about Jim Rowland switching primary region to OMR. 
     Jim will check on status.
 
Discussion of use of Neosho/Crowder College lot for autocrosses this year.
     Paddock on asphalt section is planned.
     Trial run discussed, a few autocross committee members to go look.
     Autocross committee will set up date.
    
Discussion on error discovered in awarding class trophies for 2008.
     Motion by Curtis Woods to apologize to Dave Acuff and to award trophy chair, second by Sam Henry.
     Motion passed.
