Autocross report: the recent event in Neosho was considered a success by those in attendance. There was enough help and the course was good for being on a small lot. There were 50 entrants. The next event at Ducks was discussed. The lot looks OK but will need to be blown off and/or swept off. It is also uncertain if the bathrooms will be open for the event. Curtis will check with the manager to confirm. Curtis will also rent a blower for the event and will confirm the date for the next event at Ducks in May. Motion to purchase 6 sturdy push brooms with stiff bristles by Curtis, second by Matt. Passed. Curtis will purchase. Discussion of timing trigger hoses for rallycross events. The regular autocross timers will not work in dusty conditions. Jim Rowland is working on it and there will be some expense. Motion to allow up to $150 expense to Jim and up to $350 to Matt for the parts for the timing hoses by Jeff, second by Matt. Passed. Discussion of the future of OMR's rallycross program. It was discussed and generally agreed upon that OMR would continue to stage rallycross events, that it was hoped that the rallycross program would grow in the future, and that it was acceptable at this time for the program to more or less break even to give the program time to grow. Motion to adjourn by Curtis, second by Tim. Passed Submitted by Bud Weeks, OMR Secretary.
