Minutes from the Ozark Mountain Region SCCA BOD meeting of 6/5/13.  Members present: RE Curtis Wood, Matt Longpine, Jeff Moore, Sam Henry, Justin Huffman, Bud Weeks, and Tim Datema, plus 9 OMR members.
 
Call to order: Curtis.
 
Secretary's report: motion to waive the reading of the minutes by Jeff, second by Matt.  Passed.
 
Treasurer's report: Bills owed for the autocross site and for an audit.
Motion to accept by Jeff, second by Matt.  Passed.
 
Solo report: all is in place for the next event at Crowder College on June 23.  Justin will haul trailer and Korry Berger will do course.  It is doubtful the large lot will be available for that event.  OMR's date in the Midiv schedule has been cancelled.
 
One member brought up a question concerning getting regional points in an OMR Midiv in a class that is no longer eligible to run at a nationals level event.  Since the class is still listed in the national solo rules and since there is still a PAX number for that class, it was the consensus that points would still be awarded as usual.
 
Rallycross report: there will be a rallycross at Lebanon Speedway on July 14.
 
Rally report: the next rally will be the traditional Traveling Tombstone Rally in October.
 
There was discussion of needing more business cards.  Curtis will check.
 
Solo Safety School report:  Rodger Grantham is no longer eligible to teach.  The question was brought up if SCCA will allow a school done by video conference.  Curtis to call SCCA to see if possible.
 
Street Survival School report:  Tim reports that High Street Baptist Church will probably allow OMR to use their lot on a Saturday.  Tim is working on dates.
