Minutes of the Ozark Mountain Region SCCA BOD from October 7, 2014. Members present included but were not limited to Sara and Justin Huffman, Sam Henry and family, Matt Longpine and family, Curtis and Joanne Wood, Jeff Moore, Stan Bell, Forrest Tindall, Justin Andrews, Scott Woosley, Don Wilson and family, and Bobby Jasan Call to order: Curtis Tim had his wisdom teeth pulled today and is in no shape to run the meeting. Ouch. Waive reading of previous minutes motioned by Jeff, seconded by Justin. Accepted unanimously Treasurer's report: Current balance read. Accept Treasurer's report motioned by Justin, seconded by Jeff. Accepted unanimously. Solo report: Justin asked for a volunteer for course designer for the event of 10/19 and he recruited Sam. Justin and Sam will do course setup and Matt and Tim will handle registration. Trailer logistics - Forrest will tow the trailer and Stan needs the trailer for the next rallycross Also, Justin will coordinate porta potty return with the Porsche? Corvette? club. Rallycross report: Stan says the next event is set. Further coordination of trailer logistics transpired. Rally report: Jeff says the Tombstone Rally is in the works. 11/8 date. We are to remind Matt to post about this on the OMR SCCA website. The ending of the rally will be @ Jeff's. Street Survival - informal discussion because Tim was absent. Discussion included tire gauge order size/unit price breaks, meal cost and type, additional instructors to add to the list, and trying to line up a spare explodable airbag.
