2018 OMR Solo Annual tech inspection

It's still a very successful program which has saved a lot of time. No changes, just a reminder - annual tech cards are for car/driver combinations. Change cars or anything of significance safety-wise and it's gotta be re-teched. Have a failure which is either potentially dangerous or is of a type that could hamper an event, and the car/driver combo is no longer eligible for the program. Discretion is solely given to Chief of Tech and Solo Director. Also, it's a regional only thing, so it doesn't apply to the MiDiv event. It's been working well, though, so keep up the good work.
