Yeah lets get this to where as many people can show up at once. I'd like to see general membership rsvp to come as well so anyone interested can know what they can do to help at the events!

We need some additional assistance! Please post if you are able to attend.
If the events are properly planned, organized, and staffed, we'll be able to schedule more runs per heat!

I was just thinking of some topics of discussion that we should cover:
- When and what kind of entry price increases to counter the $5 SCCA weekend membership toll?
- Protected or abbreviated event results (like mentioned
here)
- Laptop software training
- Status of timing equipment, wiring, reflectors, etc.
- Who will be doing what:
- Event chair
- Course designer
- Chief of registration
- Chief of workers
- SSS & trainees
- Who can tow the Solo trailer, and when can they be on site?
I assume we are still meeting at Springfield Imports on Saturday at 2PM?

umm just to check Springfield imports is the one over on campbell right? old Lipscomb building?
anyone have a projector?
might be nice to do some of the laptop stuff. but not totally necessary.
